Harmony Villas

The Villa project is a total of 12 duplex buildings, each containing (2) 2,750 SF finished layout.  Each unit has a potential 4 bedroom/ 3 Bath layout, including a Main floor Master Suite.  The goal of this project was to provide a more affordable housing option that still had a sense of community and inclusivity to the existing neighborhood.  The neighborhood sits with priceless views to the Rocky Mountain Front Range, and is directly adjacent to the nearby golf course.
